Revodien Pty Ltd trading as Cognivren ("we", "us", "our") runs cognivren.com (the "Site") and sells digital products through it. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we handle it.

We are an Australian business and handle personal information under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). We don't target customers in the EU or UK. If you happen to visit from the EEA or UK and the GDPR applies to you, some extra rights may apply — these are noted in section 9.

We may change the regions we use over time as our infrastructure evolves. Wherever your information is processed, we take reasonable steps to keep it protected, and our providers apply their own safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable).

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
